Diary of an Author - August 30th, 2023

Hello Lovelies,

At the beginning of August, I started journaling again. Not as an author, but on a personal level. Going through menopause is like riding an out-of-control rollercoaster. If I pair the journaling with the Activated Authors Matrix, it’s helping me stay centred and focused. Which is a miracle considering there’s a new build going on next door and I’m woken by the grating of a backhoe every morning, starting at 7am.
